1. eligibility & accounts

When you register, you must provide accurate, complete information and keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@cafe.io if you suspect unauthorized use.

2. acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service or assist anyone else in doing so. Specifically, you may not:

• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its data.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code or underlying ideas.
• Use automated systems to scrape, crawl, or harvest information except as enabled by our APIs.
• Access the Service for competitive purposes or in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

3. service availability & changes

We strive to keep the Service up and running, but interruptions may occur. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features without prior notice. We reserve the right to apply usage limits or rate controls to protect the platform and other customers.

4. subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly provided in your order. If we are unable to process payment, we may suspend or terminate your access after reasonable notice.

5. customer data & privacy

You retain all rights to data you submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). We process Customer Data to provide and improve the Service, and only in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service and submission of Customer Data complies with applicable law. We implement technical and organizational measures designed to safeguard Customer Data.

6. intellectual property

cafe.io and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all associated intellectual property. These Terms do not grant you any ownership or implied license other than the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

7. confidentiality

Any non-public technical, business, or strategic information exchanged between you and cafe.io should be treated as confidential. Neither party will disclose the other party's confidential information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

8. warranties & disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

9. limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the amounts paid by you to cafe.io for the Service during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. term & termination

These Terms remain effective while you use the Service. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@cafe.io. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we believe your use poses a risk to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will cease, but sections intended to survive will remain in effect.

11. changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after the changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
